Hello All!

Would somebody please apply that patch to the msged cvs repostery?
The current version doesn't compile, but with these small changes it does..
I fixed a little bug too, about template, before the groupsettings would
only work if username and template index was the same, and it's not
suprising if you look at the code.

And about the Makefile OBJ should be replaced by _OBJ and so on.
