This may be a question of semantics, Paul. **I** don't hire an
instructor, **I** choose a school to attend. **COOPER** hires
instructors.
My choice of a school would be based solely on it's reputation. I would
expect the instructors who work at that school to be excellent shots and
excellent teachers, otherwise I am wasting my money.
Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of Police Training
Officers. There are thousands (tens of thousands?) of them around the
country, and I really doubt that having shot someone is one of the
pre-conditions of qualifying for the job . . .
