Bin Li has not been reachable by PSTN since about day-1 that he was in the
ZC-slot. I don't know before but I have my reservations about that period
as well.
 
He said he would fix it, get new modem, have another phone-number listed to
make him compliant. Nothing of that all. Bin Li as a ZC is a non-event, he
didn't happen. Simple.

By any definition in the book I have not been removed, your attempt at
overthrow failed. Simple. Even as a sysop he doesn't qualify.

I have not changed a single letter nor sylable of P4. Just issued an
interpretation, as described by P4, on how to read and understand
"absolute majority". It is not my problem that you were leading
an "obsolete" majority, that's what has you confused.
