Bud, we just checked our county tax bills.  Last year's
 $6.16 assessment for the 800MHz system, which appeared
 on the 1996-97 bill, is missing from the new tax bill.
 I wonder if it became a victim of prop 218, like our
 fire department out here (and Lakeside FPD).
... I'd dial 911 but can't find the eleven on the dial.
