I have taken him to the VET and they said there are no parasites, and the
bird is probably bored. I have put the KNOTS in his cage, and he still
plucks. He is bald in spots, mostly on his breast. I am now trying the
BITTER APPLE spray, and I hope it works, or at least is part of the cure. I
would hate to have a STICKY bald bird!
The diagnosis of *feather Plucker* was confirmed by a reputable Bird store
who does the nail trimming for me.... Oh well... I am going to continue to
try different toys and whatever to get him to stop.
