I believe Qmodem was originally created by the FORBIN PROJECT.  Mustang
Software, Inc. bought the rights to the software.  Mustang Software,
Inc. is the company that produced Wildcat! BBS software.  You can call
(800) 663-7284 for information or placing an order.
I use Qmodem Pro for DOS (version 1.5), and I love it.  It comes with an
off-line mail reader built in.  They also have a Windows version, but
the Windows version requires that you buy the off-line mail reader as a
separate product.
