I don't think it has anything to do with "sides" but more to do with
evaluating the information you have and comming to a conclusion based on that.

This may be true, I have no idea. I am sure that any information that is
public can be made to point whatever way is desired. I am sure you will agree.

Most of us, means just that. For the most part even the most loyal Atari
followers have openly stated opinions that would tend to cast doupt on alot
of things Atari has stated as fact. only later to be dismissed as hype or yet
another fact that did not happen in time... A good example of this currently
would be Atari's claims that they were going to do a HUGE advertising blitz
for the 95 Christmas season. It never happened. Maybe they changed their
minds for good reasons, maybe not. The end result though was it NEVER
happened contrary to what both the CEO and the President of Atari claimed
many times before Christmas.
