According to the interview that was linked to, it's a feeling that he started
having in January, nothing specific.  The other day he mentioned having noticed
undefined 'certain signs'.

Word from the Madison Con was that he was in generally fine fettle but at one
point had to break from autographing for meds and orange juice and mentioned
exhaustion a few times.

Last year after some medical tests Harlan quoted his doctor as saying he was in
great shape--for 75.
