Itz SIMPLE, the person who has the item pays extra at the post office.
ewe get a notice telling ewe how much the parcel will cost,ewe then pay
that amount to the PO. They in turn send that amount to the sender.
I don't know what the fees are but any PO could tell ewe. Also if the
addressee (person sent TO) decides he/she doesn't want the item itz
returned to the sender who gets slugged another fee which is not a good way
to make friends! OK?
