Yep, I put it on 11 machines so far and not one problem. One machine even
runs Pagemaker and Corel Draw and uses metafiles extensively in the pages
and it seems ok so far.

As I understand it, the patch breaks functionality of the function being
exploited (abort something or other) but that doesn't seem to be a very
important function for most uses of metafiles from what I can tell.
