CHTV run by George Balani and others. In partnership with Gary Watson who 
owns Mainland TV in Nelson. 
MainlandTV in Nelson runs 2 local channels, they will be starting a 3rd one 
broadcasting to Wgtn/Nelson and as far south as Kaikoura soon.
