Who cares about Mario, anyway? I've never understood what's SO darn
great about Mario. Maybe because I remember him from Donkey Kong in
the arcades, and all these RPG/do this/find that Marios aren't him.
In any case, side scroller doesn't automatically equal a Mario clone.
He's got no patent on that style of play.
Or are you going to tell me the side-scrolling Duke Nukem's are Mario
clones? :)
