I've got one problem with *.msg: when squashing netmail in * .msg with
deleted messages (not-renumbered base, for ex.: 1.msg, 3.msg, 5.msg...)
Squish says that he cannot open files 2.msg, 4.msg...
I still don't obtain deep into source code, so I cannot tell, why it tries
to read all messages, but I think, it's easy to fix. If I have enough
time... :)

It can be fixed by converting all netmail bases to .sqd.

But I found more serious problem: when using TossBadMsgs, there's internal
error, appearing sometimes (don't know why), when tossing from badmail
base. I have two indentical Squish`es on my machine -- one is for 550/4077,
second is for 550/4077.1, and Squish errs only on 550/4077.1...

Configs are almost identical... Very strange thing.
