Hi Bruce!

BM> Not a problem. You might also consider netmail; I can be reached
 BM> at:
 BM> Fidonet = 1:356/4.27
 BM> E-mail = bruce.moon{at}thegate.hotlin.fidonet.org

Due to size of our small town, NetMail is not offered to the masses on the
BBS. I'm friends with the sysop here though, and he told me that if I was
having trouble with mail not seeming to go anywhere that he would let me use
NetMail to help get things going again.

  GAME 1 -- Moon-Regimbald: 1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 e6 3 ??

  GAME 2 -- Regimbald-Moon: 1 c4 d5 2 cxd5 ??

What's with this line? I haven't ever seen it in
any books, and I play the English. I've also
never seen it in actual play, suddenly I have 2
Fido games with the same line!?

BM> I have 60-plus games in progress here, yet I don't feel overloaded
BM> -- but everybody has their own comfort zone.

60 games, you must have more spare time than I do, and I'm a student!
It's not the actual games that would be a problem for me (although if I had
much past 20 or so, I'd be hard pressed to get moves out in a reasonable
amount of time), it's more of keeping track of all the games - how long it's
been since you've gotten a response from certain players, sending out resends,
etc... the actual games themselves could be easily handled by a post-a-log
such as the one I have for postal chess.

I'd like to know a bit about you, as for me: I'm 17, in grade 11 with a 94%
average, plan to go to university in engineering physics, live in Alberta
Canada, enjoy reading and various sports.

Do you play over the board chess? I get out to as many tournaments as I can,
but it's hard as I live in a small town. I will be going to a large tourney
this summer -> the Canadian Open! It will be a great time, the first time I
will get to see (and perhaps play in an exhibit) some GM's, IM's, FM's, etc.

Regards,
Adrien.

... I'm on a rotation diet. Every time I turn around, I eat.
