100% agreement.  I originally stumbled upon it a few years back when I was
looking for a reasonably-priced editor for my engineering team. Most of the
"programmer's editors" at the time were over $100.

Then I found ultraedit, and their volume license discounts.

It's truly an excellent piece of software.  I especially like the ftp abilities.
