Because 40 is the last official one released for Warp 3.
41 & 42 are for Warp Server, although they can be fooled into applying
to Warp 3 you are on your own if anything goes wrong.

Most ATA chipsets are supported, although there is little need for it
if you have an Intel ATA chipset as that is fully supported by the IBM
driver.
