Due to the recent occurances in this echo and some feedback I have gotten
on my LONG rules listing, I have shorted it somewhat (less than 1/2 the
size) and have changed a few rules.  PLEASE STUDY THIS AND KEEP A COPY ON
YOUR BBS FOR YOUR USERS TO GO BY!!!  Thank you.  This rule posting will be
limited to once or twice a month or more depending on the need.  If noone
is breaking any rules then no need to post them.  NOW LET'S GET BACK TO
BUYING, SELLING AND TRADING AND STOP ALL THE NAME CALLING AND HATE MAIL IN

ADDENDUM: I am suspending my procedure of warnings and will treat each
          violation according to the circumstances involved.  So now a
          1st violation could get you suspended, if its severe enough!

          it what I say goes! These rules are subject to change as the
          circumstances require.   I INTEND TO INSURE AN ORDERLY AND A
