 They don't do it here in San Diego County. They don;t have 95% cell phone 
coverage here unless you are talking about Satelitte phones. It will be a 
tough. Right now they are talking about some 43 inter-tied repeaters in a
semi-Cell arrangement. Motorola made less of a promise for just the San Diego
Police Department portion of the County and didn't really deliver.
 This is Tough RF signal strength territory we are talking about.
