going to the police will mean getting an UNBIASED viewpoint? Ha, ha..

I realize this is a moot point, but the people videotaping KNEW the person.

Quite obviously not suspicious enough. Maybe it is because you live in a
small
town ... a big city will tend to have more police corruption. But if you
think
that everything is rosy with the police, then you aren't paying very much
attention.
