Well anyway, it started a reindex again even after having removed the
thunderbird filter and rebuilding the index. This time it happened shortly
after deleting a folder with a few hundred files, unzipping an updated
version to the same location, and then emptying the recycle bin. Shortly
after, it was again reindexing thousands of files in other folders.

I find this problem on one computer every now and then. I did not play with
it much, still, I'm sure that Index is rebuild after the computer is
rebooted (i do not like this) and is working "ok" for some time.

Also, when this happens it starts rebuilding and rebilding and never stops.
Some times it shows crazy numbers for files it is enumerating, like:
762477264567245762, or number is displayed in crazy signs. No IFilters.
