Yes, but the cheese I refer to, really does exist and makes a fine slicing
¨cheese which those store types like Kraft try to mimic. It's just not
'common' ¨so many really think it doesnt exist or doesnt anymore. You get
these odd ¨pockets though on the USA who know about it and know what I
mean.

The problem with htis one, is the name became 'marketroid' for the
processed ¨blended cheese-oid stuff sold in those little wrappers so folks
are finding ¨other names for it regionally or shifting to make a type that
is more sellable ¨by name.
