| subject: | Fixing a FQPath file att routed netmail |
If you are running Squish, and would like to pass routed netmail w/files
attached from one of your links to another, and have a problem with the
inbound netmail still showing the fully qualified path in the subject line
after tossing, here is one solution:
Get either FTrack or NetMgr. They both have an option to do exactly what
is needed.... remove the whole path and leave just the filename.ext.
Run Squish in multi-pass mode.
Squish In
Ftrack
Squish out
Squish Squash
Config Ftrack or NetMgr to look for netmail with the ATT bit set and the
In-transit bit set. Let it get at the netmail after it is tosed, but
before you run Squish Squash.
In one test here, it worked fine.
Hope this helps.
