They may be right but if your government were prepared to help fund it,
that objection might go away. However, you do have a transportation
problem that we don't have as many of your communities are not linked to
Yellowknife by road.

I'm almost envious.:-) I can't say I've ever been overly fond of whale or
seal meat and we have a char farm in town but I have to cadge the other
good stuff.

I suppose that encourages concumption of lower alcohol products but we sell
an awful lot of fortified wine to First Nations citizens.
