no drwatson running.
But, it is kind of dumb to kill whole svchost.exe which is nesting other
services just to kill out lanmanworkstation - which is not system critical
service (at least it should not be), but is needed for access to network
resources.

This problem could be (or is) seen with other services too and I dont know
any "generic" solution.
