Gene said there was no difference between TOS/TNG klingon.
It was done to make a "better" more "acurate" klingon.
Why cant people accept that klingons look different, and stop coming with
silly explanations. Hmm imagine if a new series suddenly made feringies
without ears, cause the producers changed their mind about their
appearence.
Oh my, what a debate about "mass ear amputation plan" Hehe.
