Yes it is (in my opinion) a moderately moderated echo.  I see other
heavily moderated echoes loose much of their population :-(

Well, it happens to all of us. An hour ago I couldn't get any response
from my FidoNet partition so I thought I would have to restore yester-
days backup thereby loosing all mail that arrived today.
However, rebooting the machine brought it back again.
Well, as you said: Back to HAM_TECH.
