I am personally a little confused by this thread. I have always believed
that the victor would conduct trials of "war criminals", e.g. artillery
commanders using "inappropriate" calibers against personnel. I have yet to
hear of a war crimes trial held by the loser of the conflict. Geneva is and
always will be a joke.
