Egg yolk was a favourite of one bird we had, though the current one loves
egg white like yours does. She also adores the inside of the banana peel
and there's no need to wash it - only the outside may have pesticide
residues etc. Other favourites are cooked pasta/two minute noodle, butter
on toast, a little morsal of cooked meat, basicially she gets to taste
whatever we have on our plate. There are certain things that are poisonous
to budgies/parakeets such as avocado, chocolate, certain house plants and
you can find them by doing a google search.

or try toxic instead of poisonous

Here's a sample from one of the pages:

"
You can offer your budgies apples, grapes, guava, mango, orange,
pomegranate, watermelon, blanched or grated carrots and green leafy
vegetables such as lettuce and spinach. However, do not feed them cabbage,
as cabbage will make your budgie sick. Some other foods to avoid are
chocolate, avocado, beans, croton, eggplant, raw peanuts, apple seeds, raw
potatoes and asparagus.
