The old Park equipment was Marshall with a different name on it to get around 
a distribution deal.  The new Park stuff is just Korean tranny crap.  The 
Valvestate line is just a tranny amp built in England and sounds like one 
would expect.  Save your money and buy the real thing.
When money is tight, it's easy to convince yourself that this kind of 
equipment will be okay and do the job for you.  But the longer you have it 
the more you realize how it really isn't a substitute.  It never sounds 
right.  Some peole can live with transistor sound and even convince 
themselves that it's good. But I've never seen a tranny amp I liked.
