 Thankyew, thankyew for the kudos, though I don't think it was all
that wonderful... nothing that any 180-IQ genius with at least 16 degrees
in electronics, engineering couldn't have done in their sleep.  (I have
NONE of those qualifications!)    I just happen to have studied
electronics for most of my 50-plus years, and earned a radiotelephone 1st
class license some 35 years ago, and at one time or another, have worked
as an engineer for numerous radio & TV stations, among other jobs in
electrical and electronic fields.  I have also volunteered to teach Ham
classes for our local Ham club.  I do private tutoring on the subject, and
am accredited as a VE by the ARRL.  (I WILL NOT act as a VE for people I
have trained or for close personal friends, however!)  Of course, going
from a long-expired license to Extra class Ham ticket in 6 months didn't
hurt, either.   
 
I shall now shut up before I break my arm patting myself on the back!  :-/
