That's covered Randall, supposedly the value of the land _decreases_ each
year until it's worth nothing in year 50, so you're really not giving
anything up  But if year 45 comes along and you're just plain fed
up with paying $20/hour to get the harvest in, you can sell it to someone
else for 5/50ths of your original buy price and walk away from it early.
