When the kids cloths are not getting washed :) BTW, taught anyone else
how to do the laundry yet ? I would agree with you here as what an
individual does on their own time is their business. I think his point
might have been that perhaps some teachers are using school time to roam
the net. Perhaps they do not have access outside of school. When the
newness wears off I believe serious education can be possible using or
integrating the NET.

I'm not sure this is going to end in the new future. Whether that is
good or bad I certainly don't know.
