 Any interested parties may have the "C++ FAQ-Lite" in either HTML or
 plain text format sent to them via e-mail.   Point your web client
 to http://www.utu.fi/~sisasi/oasis/cppfaq and follow the instructions
 for the "one click download".  Due to copy rite restrictions, this
 is the only legal method of obtaining the C++ FAQ-Lite.
