We'll, computer shutdowns, but only when I disconnect (unplug) the USB device.
I tried installing the image again, this time with USB mouse connected on,
the Windows install blocks when drivers are installing, must shutdown on
button then.

I'm pretty shure that this is a sysprep problem, as i remeber there were
some sysprep -*usb* switches/-pnp switches, still, should I'll dig more
when I get the time.
