You know what really bothers me about this one, it's like winnuke. You send
a packet and the machine falls off the internet, but it's XP and 03 only,
it doesn't affect W2K with it's raw sockets network support so this is
something new they introduced.

Did everyone who worked on Windows when winnuke was discovered leave MS or something?
