Hi Bob;

Thanks for the offer, and I might even use it one day. Right now, I have
this system to call into, and I can once again transfer offline mail
bundles.

This board, is the NECs' and carries the backbone. The sysop, is roughly my
age IIRR, so I expect him to outlive me.

On or about: 12-06-07 08:05, Bob Ackley did engage James Bradley
regarding, but not limited to: S*c*hort Bus

 BA> Replying to a message of James Bradley to Ardith Hinton:

 JB> Kevin, and his board went into mothballs, but both seem no worse for
 JB> the wear.

 JB> Even if the other local board has this echo, the navigation to get
 JB> there was stupendous. OLMR was impossible for me over POTS, and
 JB> Telneting in was a unsustainable venture.

 BA> I can set you up as a POTS point off of me if you can have
 BA> your system dial mine
 BA> any time after about 0330, my system should be finished
 BA> receiving and processing
 BA> the day's incoming by that time.
