Title: Carrot Cake Bread

Yield: 18 slice loaf
1 c Water
4 tb Honey
2 tb Oil
2 c Bread flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
2/3 c Oats; rolled
2/3 c Oat bran
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Salt

1 1/2 c Carrots; shredded
1/2 c Raisins
Place main ingredients in bread pan and use raisin bread cycle. Add
carrots and raisin at beep or 5 minutes before the end of the second
kneading. Per slice: 128 calories and 2.2 grams fat. Source: Dr Cookie
