Stefan,

The first (of four) book of "Crusade:  What the Hell Happened" is
available now
at http://www.cafepress.com/b5books Volume 1 features "A Call to Arms" and
"Racing the Night" scripts and JMS's intro concentrates on the
beginning of the
series.  For me, the promo script featuring Zathras alone is worth the price of
admission.

No word yet on when the next one will be released.
