And you have access to the ZCC echo to see what is said there?  It is
just as 'secret' as are the ICQ, or whatever conversations.  You and I
do not have access to that echo.  It was something for the ZCs to
discuss, and not us.  They could have chosen to ask our opinion of
course, but they did not.
