I could install a seperate ftp server, but I'd like to use ele.  I'm
mirroring a friend's content, and he won't have it up for long so I'd like
him to be able to upload folders to me, then I'd seperate it into groups and
areas.  Again, I'd like to limit the number of packages that I run.  I'd
rather the uploads area be a container than a regular ftp area.
