  I guess the bright side is that it is not going to be 100% digital. At
least we will still be able to Scan the School Busses and Heartland. :-)
 The system is also going to eventually include GPS driven Vehicle
locator feature. And let me tell you that is going over like a "Lead
Balloon" with a lot of Deputies. Although they are all excited about
being able to Directly make Inquiries through the Car Data terminal,
Which will have a Pentium CPU and will also have Windows 95 installed.
