Hi, guys. I've been away for quite a while, but I'm back. 

During my absence, has there been a newer version distributed? The last
version of Elebbs I have is eb10rc1w, and the Eleweb version is web10_3w.

Also, I tried to access the Elebbs message archives, but could not find
them. Have the moved?
