I suppose, some of you are from Grand Rapids, Michigan.
(Hello Kathy, sorry for this Off-TOPIC Mail, but as PARROTS is not
overrun at this time, I hope you'll forgive me. This is my only American
Fido-Board which I can post on.)
Well, I want to contact with an inhabitant of Grand Rapids, who is interested
in four very old colored (!) view cards of this town, showing:
- New Cement Bridge
- Ryerson's Public Library
- Post Office
- North Park and G. R. Boat and Canoe Club Building
Ancestors emigrated to Michigan. All they left are these (unused) postcards.
Perhaps, anyone of you is collecting cards, and likes to swap 
with photos (slides: 24 x 36 mm) of ---> parrots (It's TOPIC, you see, 
Kathy:-)
especially photos of seldom amazons. 
(I have got enough from yellow fronted, blue fronted, orange winged - 
these are in Germany the mostly kept species - but lack of the others. 
It must be fotos without people in the background.
