The only requirement is for someone to be the "moderator of record" with the
distribution systems. It's not a Fido requirement and no rules are req'd.
CB_RADIO, HAM-ECHO, and AUTORACE don't have any rules per se' that are
regularly posted.
In Europe, packet radio is allowed on 11mtrs. This topic is just emerging as
a discussion in CB_RADIO & HAM-ECHO. I don't know if it's on topic here, but
I'm sure we'll be told shortly.
It's interesting to note that someone is playing with packet radio, using
49MHz walkie talkies...:) I can't wait to read how they accomplished
building up a network with battery powered HT's and rubber duck antennas.
