Like you, I'm just a computer freek. Don't cook much, because Mummy
does that. :-) But at least, when I do, its somthing good. :-)
Your first guess was correct: I'm blind and using recipies on computer
is much more practical than having heaps of books [not in the kitchen,
but in my room!] My Bible takes up one shelf and not to mention all the
schoolbooks! [I'm in my final year]

That sounds extremely useful. I'll definitely try to find it.

I enjoy making pasta, inventing my own sauces. Like
most men I like improvising with ingredients and
literally following my nose! :-)
I like browsing this echo just to get new ideas I can incorporate into
my stuff. I also routinely save all the messages addressed to "all" to
try and build up a recipe database for the day I need to take such
matters seriously.
Stay well!
