Sorry I'm late with this, but I was cut off when my NEC went out of town 
during the holidays.  I have emailed Dave Tracewell to check on his status.  
I propose we hold the election for moderator for the next 2 weeks, ending 
January 21.  If Dave is able to get the echo re-listed, we can halt the 
election.  Nominees and volunteers are:
