How about just using [Pause] on a video playback...

I had considered dropping the subject but I need to say that of those two
videos I suggested, the first has a runtime of 1min 26secs.  The second runs
for 4min 16secs, since the presenter claims to be a lawyer and one who uses
precedent evidence to pick the law apart to present his POV.
