To make the above true, you would need to remove the following line from
the [DefaultExceptions] section:

txt=open

I forgot that I added the above exception because Windows 2000 will
"open" a txt file, but will not "edit" it. I have made
"edit" the default because "open" will run executables.

The final straw that made me write Search was when I used ciadv.msc to do
some searching and got one of my Perl scripts. Just a SINGLE click on the
.pl file caused it to EXECUTE (open). The same thing happens with batch
files (.cmd and .bat).

Because my Search has Edit as the default, clicking a script file will edit
it and not run it. But then I needed to add "txt=open" as an
exception to suit Windows 2000.
