I think Europeans eat more healthy and this is a goodly bit of it.  The
average ¨American looks at a 1/4 lb of meat and thinks they arent being fed
right.  They ¨eat too few real vegetables in the amounts that are healthy
(that same 1/4 lb ¨of meat volume if presented as a veggie is almost too
much).

Im not sure if the diet is as varied in the USA as in Europe and Europe
varies ¨on that as well, but in Asia, the diet is very seasonal so varies
quite a bit.
