Hello, Gord; 10 Dec 02 07:33, Gord Hannah wrote to Robert Bull: GH> Yes as long as Cron is running all is well the version I use is rock So you're running Netmgr from CRON, and that _is_ different from running it from the command line. I think I confused the two earlier ;-) GH> version will send it to you if you want (via the GH> internet). Cron16.Zip. I'll try an FTP Search, and come back to you if it fails. ATM I run OTTO on the Win98 box at work; OTTO, by Eric Tauck, stands for "ottomate" It's another Win3.1 program and has worked well, but lately Win98 hasn't seemed so happy with it. I have DVCRON21.ZIP here but don't (as a point) have much need to run a CRON. RB>> http://www.physcip.uni-stuttgart.de/tobi/ While you're there, you might want to look at UniSched. That's Tobias' shareware version of CRON but with added features for Fidonet - semaphore handling, etc. However, I'm not sure if many folk will be wanting to pay for a shareware one when they can run various freeware CRONs and John Souvestre's SLEEP; SLEEP_47.ZIP 33034 06-19-97 Sleep v4.7 - Wait for/until time, file, or scheduled event. Multitasking aware. Parallel port monitor added.
